Guest Policy

We love sharing our club with friends and showing off the course to your favorite playing partners. Just give the Pro Shop a quick call with your guest’s name ahead of time so we can have everything ready for your group when you arrive.

POLICIES REGARDING GUESTS

• A guest must play with a member and pay regular greens fees.
• Guests will only be allowed to play beginning the first weekend in April through the weekend prior to the Thanksgiving holiday (inclusive).
• A person may play the course as a guest only twice per month.
• Members may bring no more than 3 guests per week.
• Class 6 members may not have guests.
• Class 7 (Social) members may play as guests with the same privileges as other guests.
• Resident tee times and member guest tournaments do not count towards guest limits.
• Guests are not permitted for weekend morning tee times.
• Guests may play only during those times when the host member is entitled to play.
• Members are responsible for all fees and charges incurred on behalf of their guests.
• Members are responsible for the actions of their guests, adhering to all rules of NGC and for keeping pace of play.
• Members shall provide names of guests 24 hours prior to tee time.
• Failure to cancel 24 hours prior to tee time will result in charges to member account.
• Guest policies are subject to the discretion of the Golf Pro or GM.
